We start with a conversation where we discover your needs, interests preferences, style, goals and budget for your trip.  Based on your input we design options for you and present them with pricing and information that is relevant to making decisions.  Once a decision has been made we reserve all elements of the trip including payments.  We provide you with a thorough itinerary including all confirmations prior to travel.  We check-in with you on your trip to make sure your expectations are being met and then follow up with you when you return.
